We are very happy to welcome back Colin Stewart at our gym teaching a two day workshop covering mobility, strength, power and conditioning for fighters.
Colin is head instructor at Mindful Strength, based in the UK. He maintains membership of various professional bodies including the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA), the UK Sports Coaching Certification body (UKCC), and StrongFirst. He is one of only five people in the UK (and currently the only in Scotland) to hold the StrongFirst Level 2 (Kettlebell), Barbell and Bodyweight instructor certifications.
Saturday covers Kettlebells. First we will work on the Deep 6, which are your basic Kettlebell moves. After that we will totally nerd out on the turkish get up for the more advanced folks
Sunday we will train how to breath. Yep, you red that correctly: breathing. Even if your not doing it wrong (implied by the fact you are alive enough to read this) there are ways to train it, improving your cardio. As a finisher we will stretch out like the truly masochistic weirdos that we are.

Flexibility 12.30 – 15.00
50 Euro: whole weekend
(that’s 5 bucks per hours btw)
alternatively it’s 15€ per session
+5€ per day for non-members of the 8 Weapons Gym
The whole thing will be in English! Also there is a limit of 30 attendees per session.
